Our Community Connectors Shirley and Fiona are trained volunteers who help to connect the community to local services and activities that help to improve health and wellbeing. They work closely with the team at the Trust as well as Dollar Health Centre to ensure those in the community have the support they need.
One of their activities over the last 12 months has been to build up a directory of local and national organisations. To support our Dementia Friendly Dollar work they focused first on Dementia, but have also developed a directory on Bereavement too.
