How to book:

- Choose the room(s) you would like to book from the selection below.
- Check the availability of the room you want on the availability calendar.
- Contact the Hive on 07563 405939 (mornings only) or email info@dollarcdt.com to get a booking form emailed to you and to discuss any special requirements such as catering/equipment hire etc.
- Once completed email the booking form back to us at info@dollarcdt.com or drop a hard copy into us.
- The Hive Team will confirm availability and provide a quote if necessary.
- A member of the Hive team will provide entry arrangements and show you the facilities on the day, or feel free to pop in before your event to see the space.
- An invoice will be issued after the event and should be paid within 7 days. Details of how to pay are detailed on the booking form.
We have the following space available for hire:
Main Room:
Description: This is a lovely sunny room sized at 115.5 square metres with a maximum capacity of 100 people. The room is fitted with stage lights and can be set up as a performance space. All windows now have blinds and we have a PA system and hearing loop available to hire at a small extra cost.
Prices start from £30/hour depending on your requirements – please contact us for a quote
Small Room (East):
Description: To the left of the main room is a smaller room sized at 35 square metres with a maximum capacity of 20 people. Tables and chairs are available making this an ideal meeting space.
Price: £20/ph
Small Room (west):
Description: To the right of the main room is a smaller room sized at 35 square metres with a maximum capacity of 20 people.
Price: £20/ph
Multiple Rooms:
Description: The main room booking includes west side wing. This allows for more flexible use of space.
Prices start from £25/hour depending on your requirements – please contact us for a quote
Outside Space:
Description: There is a large grassy outdoor space located behind the Hive building which the above rooms open onto. This can be hired separately or in addition to any other space. The space features two junior football goals and is suitable for games and children’s parties etc. We also have a secure garden at the east side of the building.
Price: £20/ph with access to toilets and kitchen. Can be booked alongside any other room booking but usually in conjunction with Main Room booking.
Children’s Library
The Children’s Library can be block-booked or as a singular booking for infants and toddler’s classes.

Hot Desk Service
The Library runs a hot desking service whereby a computer situated on the upper mezzanine is available to hire for a day. This can be block-booked or as a singular booking.
