The Development Trust took over the running of the Hive from Clackmannanshire Council in 2019; in early 2022 we bought the building from the Council using the Community Asset Transfer process and a grant from the Scottish Land Fund and now own it and run it on behalf of the Dollar community.

Over the last few years we have developed it into a vibrant community centre, offering a range of classes and clubs from yoga to Rainbows. It is also home to our volunteer-led Community Library.

We still have some space for additional regular groups so get in touch if you are interested in running your club from here. Our rooms are also available for hire for private parties and functions.
