Thanks to funding from the Communities Health and Wellbeing fund we are able to offer some additional weekly activities for families with children between 0 and 3 years old.
Regular Sessions
Baby and Toddler Group
These informal weekly sessions are a great way for you and your baby or toddler to get together and meet new friends. A range of toys, books. and puzzles are available to suit a wide range of ages. Coffee, teas, biscuits and snacks are also available – please bring along a reusable cup if possible for hot drinks, and a cup or bottle for your child. The group meets at the Hive on Mondays from 9.15am to 11.15am. All welcome! £3.50 entrance (cash or contactless).
Baby Massage
Baby massage is a lovely way to strengthen the bond between you and your baby. It can also help to soothe and relax babies, and some parents say it helps their baby sleep and eases tummy problems.
We offer weekly baby massage sessions, in small groups. You will learn and practice safe massage strokes on your baby in a relaxed atmosphere. We will also combine the massage with some simple songs and rhymes.
The sessions are open to parents and carers with babies from 6 weeks to crawling. If you are unsure if the course is suitable, please get in touch.
The cost of each session is £6, which can be paid by cash or card.
Places are limited and need to be pre-booked. To find out about more and to book your place, please email Helen Hudd: helen@dollarcdt.com.
