We are pleased to formally announce the notice for this year’s Dollar Community Development Trust’s (DCDT) Annual General Meeting (AGM).
All members are warmly invited to attend as are all members of our community (feel free to invite neighbours or friends who are not currently members of the Trust). Only Members may vote at the AGM. Any Dollar resident aged 16+ wishing to become a Member will be able to do so at the AGM or can apply via our website.
The details of this year’s meeting are as follows:
Date: Wednesday 18th November 2026
Time: 7 pm
Venue: The Auditorium, Dollar Academy
The formal AGM business should not take very long, giving way to an informal forum. Here, you can chat with Trustees, find out more about our projects and the many activities at the Hive, and meet some of the leaders. Tea and coffee will be provided.
Members are reminded that they will be able to vote by proxy if they would rather not attend the meeting in person.
WE ARE ACTIVELY LOOKING FOR NEW TRUSTEES. If you feel you would like to volunteer for a position on the Board, please contact us as below.
Resolutions, nominations for trustee, proxy vote forms or requests for assistance should be directed to DCDT by 13th November 2026. Resolutions must contain the contact details of the proposing Member(s).

PARKING: Please note that the security bollards at the main gates are now operational 24/7. If there are any blue-badge-holders attending the meeting, access can be arranged. Please contact the Hive to provide us with your registration plate number. Access cards can be collected from school reception after 12 noon on Tuesday 17 November. Regular parking is available in the Mylne Avenue car park and surrounding streets, being mindful of local residents.
