Barre Fitness with Holly McFarlane

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training.

These sessions, led by Barre Fitness instructor Holly McFarlane, promise a high-intensity, low-impact strength workout that will sculpt the whole body.

Wednesdays 7.30pm to 8.30pm

£8 per class, please bring your own yoga mat and 1kg hand weights if you have them.
