Dollar’s first Sustainability Festival 2021

DCDT, along with our partners on the Sustainable Dollar Working Group, are hosting Dollar’s first Sustainability Festival with the theme of ‘Reducing Waste’.

We will be launching Dollar’s new Repair Café and running upcycling workshops, a food demonstration for MasterChef finalist Jilly McCord, and lots of activities for children and young people. Our keynote speaker is Jess Pepper, Jess is on the Board of Stop Climate Chaos Scotland, she is a Climate Reality Leader and Mentor (trained by Al Gore in 2013) and a Carbon Conversations facilitator. We can’t wait to hear her speak and lead a discussion.
