Sessions are led by Daniel Bett, a fitness instructor based in Stirling working at MXP fitness. Dan served in the Royal Navy for several years as a firefighter; he lives in Stirling but is originally from the Hillfoots area.
Dan is very passionate about helping others get fitter, stronger, and more confident. He is very experienced in taking fitness classes in small or large groups working with all ages and skillsets. Whether you are super fit or new to exercise, he will be able to give you a great workout and test your fitness levels.
Class description: Circuit Training
A fun exercise class for adults at any fitness level that is guaranteed to get you working hard and pushing your limits. Classes involve endurance training, resistance training, and high-intensity aerobics, ensuring there is plenty of variety that everyone can enjoy! Dan will be mixing it up with different workouts weekly including:
- HIIT (high-intensity interval training),
- AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) &
- EMOM (every minute on the minute).
